Return Policy The Woven Nook rug return policy is simple. As long as the rug is still in its original packaging and is in unused condition, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a rug. You will receive a refund, minus all return shipping costs which will range from $50-$250 depending on the size and weight of rug. Due to the expensive nature of shipping rugs, we are unable to do free return shipping unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect. Please ensure that you read all details and closely examine each picture to make sure you are picking the right rug for you. Care Instructions We HIGHLY recommend you Scotch guard all woven nook rugs.  The Rye is a wool rug and should expect medium shedding.  Vacuum regularly to maintain cleanliness which will help reduce shedding over time.  Note: Wool rugs tend to shed more than cotton rugs. To remove spills or dirty spots, blot with a clean white cloth using a mild soap if needed. For hard to remove stains, we recommend hiring a professional to clean the rug. Do not use any bleach or other harsh chemicals.
