Spectrum "CUSTOM CUTS" is a custom cutting service for the Spectrum full-length background paper rolls. We custom-cut it to fit your space or your project needs. An exclusive service by Spectrum, we cut the paper roll according to your selected size and we ship the whole roll. This service is a small surcharge of $20. Size requests are in centimetres. Also, there are no refunds on custom-cut paper rolls.
