Why you ask? We have this fabric made. Once the fabric is made, they are then cut then sewn. After sewing they are ironed, and packed right away. They are packed really tight and sent to us, and they go slightly hard whilst in transit, due to the fact they have just been ironed.  So, when you get them - hang them out, or just let them be in the air for a day before wearing them, then they'll be at their full potential of deliciousness.
