Built with a heavy-duty base, the Adjustable bench is made with heavy duty 2mm carbon steel and has a weight capacity of 400kg, making it suitable for the heaviest of lifters.With 7 backrest positions and 5 seat positions, you can easily adjust the bench from flat to inclined and declined positions, making exercise choice basically limitless, allowing you to target different muscle groups with ease. The foot pads can be fixed into position to ensure a tight lock when performing decline movements.
On top of the solid frame is a nice and thick 300mm back rest, ensuring it’s as secure as possible. The seat tapers out to provide enough width and stability behind the knees when declined. The pads feature the latest GripDry technology, providing a premium non-slip, moisture-wicking surface, making you feel locked in and secure with every lift.The added handle and back wheels make this bench is quick & easy to move around.
