The nutribullet cup and pitcher are made from super durable, BPA-Free Tritan Material. Q.The seal from my blade attachment is broken - how do i get a new one? A. The seals in the blade attachment are considered to be a non-removable component and cannot be individually replaced. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance. Q. Am I able to use my current nutribullet cups and blades on the new nutribullet range? A. No. These are not compatible. Q. How do I clean the blade attachment? A. We recommend cleaning the attachment under lukewarm water. Please ensure the seal is not removed from the blade attachment when cleaning. Q. Can the nutribullet accessories be cleaned in the dishwasher? A. Unfortunately the blades cannot be washed in the dishwasher. The exposure to hot water will cause the seal to become damaged. The cups can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. Q. What is the warranty period for the nutribullet? A. The nutribullet comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
