From the shop floor we have found that if Hannah isn't a perfect fit, then the FRANKIE4 Sophie may just be a better fit for you (and the other way round).Considering there isn't anything holding you in near the ankle or across the instep, you may experience some slipping at the heel. Don't go down 1/2 a size yet! Try adding the fore- foot cushion/ insert that is provided in the sole saver pack- This will lift you up and push you back into the heel of the shoe securing the foot.If you have a wider foot, we recommend trying the FRANKIE4 Sophie instead.If you’re planning a lot of walking and don’t feel secure enough in this style, we recommend trying a sneaker style.
