Local plums, mulberries, Seville orange juice, cloves, star anise, cinnamon, pink peppercorns and mustard, with a touch of vinegar and sugar. It is a super accompaniment for ham, turkey, duck, pork or with a baked brie. A must for Christmas.   It has been a bumper season for mulberries this year, but as always, these jars are limited as there are only so many mulberries one can pick!
