Use the wooden box to store valuable items or present gifts for loved ones! How do I take care of my kiribako box? This product uses natural paulownia wood, which controls humidity and repels insects. The box may expand, contract or warp due to dryness or humidity when used in places where temperature and humidity change drastically (direct sunlight, high temperature, near fire and fan heaters, air conditioners). Please do not use the product in a place where it is exposed to direct wind, in extremely cold regions, etc., as the climate may cause cracks or damage. Each box is unique, so some color inconsistencies may occur, or may discolor over time. Don’t soak the box in water for a long time or apply any chemicals as the texture may be impaired or the adhesive part may peel off. Perfumes or oils may stain the wood. Note that the boxes are delicate, so small scratches may occur on the surface during transportation. Excessive impact may cause cracks, so please make sure not to drop the box.
