This is not (and doesn’t taste like) a de-alcoholised red wine. Instead, French style is a complex liquid made from hand-made extracts, European NFC juices and a fermented base. A mere hint of sweetness. How To Enjoy On its own slightly chilled or paired with foods: Chicken/game, cheese and jam, vegetarian dishes, seafood and spicy dishes with some acidity.
