Why buy a customer care plan?<br /><br />Our Customer Care Plans will provide you with a premium level of protection as well as a range of additional benefits. The care plan provides peace of mind, certainty and convenience of having the whole repair or replacement process managed for you in the event that you need to submit a claim. <br /><br />The Care Plan provides clearly defined features and benefits including:<br /><br />- Management of the repair or replacement process<br />- Fully transferable cover<br />- In home servicing on selected larger appliances<br />- Fully approved technicians<br />- Dedicated Customer Care Line<br /><br /><strong>Your rights under this customer care plan are in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law</strong><br /><br />How long does the Care Plan last?<br />When you purchase your product and add the Care Plan, you can choose the period of cover which is available for your Product, i.e. 2 or 3 years. Please note: Your Customer Care Plan commences upon expiry of your manufacturer warranty for a total care plan period of 5 years, which includes your manufacturer warranty period.<br /><br />Using your product for business use?<br />If you are purchasing a product for business use and wish to purchase one of our Customer Care Plans, please ensure that you select a "Business Customer Care Plan" or you may not be covered if you ever need to make a claim. It is important that you refer to the Terms and Conditions as some exclusions apply.
