Self-love is often a journey that requires a lot of practice and patience, but it’s incredibly necessary & worthwhile. We find that creating a “recipe for self-love” can be a helpful tool to reference when you’re feeling down. You can incorporate ingredients like self-appreciation and compassion, setting boundaries, connecting with nature, and taking breaks. You can choose to nourish yourself with a meal or simply be kind to yourself when looking in the mirror.
