Designed to PerformBBK Performance full length headers are built and constructed with 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped header flanges. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted exhaust flow for ultimate horsepower and torque gains. All BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance. Bolt-On InstallationThese performance headers are designed as a direct bolt on when used with a BBK Performance short mid pipe. All Kits include new gaskets and hardware. NOTE: There are 2 thread pitches in the Header Bolts supplied. M10 x1.5 x 25mm & M10 x 1.25 x 25mm The Ford Coyote engine Gen 1 uses a different header bolt thread pitch than Gen 2 & 3 - You must compare the supplied header bolts to the factory header stud you remove to confirm which thread pitch bolt to use to use when installing.
