HOW TO ORDER: Select pendant color. Select the amount of letters in your custom word. For example, "ICE" - 3 letters. Enter your custom word (Must match amount of letters selected). Pick your chain type and chain length (optional). ORDERS WITH INCORRECT AMOUNT OF LETTERS SELECTED WILL BE CANCELLED. CAREFULLY CHECK THE AMOUNT OF LETTERS YOUR INITIALS HAVE.  HOW TO GET 2 ROWS: When you are entering your initials separate the words by space to get 2 rows. For example "ICECLIQUE" would be 1 row, "ICE CLIQUE" would be 2 rows (ICE - Top row, CLIQUE - bottom row).
