MoMA Exclusive: We explored Champion’s extensive archives when designing our latest collaboration together. Their 100-year history of sportswear inspired the collection which reinterprets classic pieces with a modern twist. An homage to vintage collegiate style, this MoMA Champion Packable Hooded Jacket features a half zipper, adjustable drawstring hood, MoMA logo at chest, and “The Museum of Modern Art” displayed on back. An original version of a Champion hoodie from the 1980s is an object in MoMA's collection and the brand’s work was featured in the Museum’s 2017 exhibition Items: Is Fashion Modern?
