This is a US Navy M69-F Transport Coat dating to the 1940s. These heavy coats were issued to pilots of open cockpit aircraft and those flying long patrols across the Atlantic Ocean and are rare to find in good condition. As for construction, this coat is made with high-quality vegetable tanned leather (still supple and not brittle), an alpaca fur liner, a heavy mouton collar and woolen rib knit cuffs. It comes with the original waist belt, two slash front pockets and one interior pocket. Only one available.
