Three globe shades are suspended by stainless steel rods in a design reminiscent of a spacesuit helmet or the Sputnik 1 satellite. Shades are finished with white enamel—an artful process where layers of thick enamel swirl over an iron base. When fired, the enamel settles, surfacing organic highs and lows in the finish.
