An Art Nouveau Royal Doulton stoneware bowl 15cm in diameter and 8cm tall Assuming by Minnie Webb as marked MW This Art Nouveau style bowl dates more from the Art Deco period. The backstamp is the Doulton Circle mark with Lion that started in 1922, and it has the monogram of Minnie Webb. It probably dates from the 1930s. The style of the bowl contrasts with the elaborate detail of Victorian times: simple design, simple pattern, simple colours. Absolutely beautiful bowl, no damage or cracks. Possibly a few surface scraches due to age. Inside of bowl is mostly clean but does have a mark running round the bowl, possibly would come off with a clean. Any questions just ask
