Depending on the compatible mold plate (sold separately) being used, it can produce 10-60 patties per minute, from 1 oz. to 1 lb. and 1/4" to 2" thick in size, and as many as 6 at a time. Use it with coarse or fine ground meat product, including red meat, fish, chicken, and pork. It can also be used to make different shapes - square, round, oval, chop, homestyle, and even meatballs - depending on the mold plate you choose (sold separately). Thanks to its smaller footprint, it fits perfectly onto your counter and is easy to transport and store when not in use. For your convenience, this burger press is assembled and disassembled without the use of tools. When properly disassembled, all parts can be fully submersed for easy cleaning. To use, lift the lever to remove the piston from the fill tube. Fill the fill tube with product, up to 1" from the tube's top. Then insert the mold plate and slide it fully into place so that the mold cavity is below the fill tube, against the ring-pin washer. This leaves a small portion of the ring cavity exposed. Pull the lever so that the piston is on top of the product, and then press down on the lever to fill the cavity in your mold. Maintain a gentle pressure on the lever with one hand and slide the mold plate out with the other until your patty is fully exposed. Remove the patty from the mold plate and repeat as needed.
