Use as needed or as directed.</p> <p>While the dosage of glutathione in this supplement is only 25 mg per lozenge, it is still very effective. This is likely due to the lozenge delivery system.</p> <p>While testing this supplement before it went to market, the dosage of glutathione was originally 50 mg. I found that 50 mg was too strong for about 50% of the users and that 25 mg was very well tolerated and sufficient for most users.</p> <p>Personally, I do very well with 25 mg of glutathione.</p> <p>The 50 mg of glutathione, when delivered by lozenge, was too strong for me and my family members.</p> <p>There are three common signs that may occur from taking too much glutathione or taking it too frequently:</p> <ul> <li>Headache</li> <li>Irritability</li> <li>Difficulty sleeping</li> <li>Nausea or light-headedness</li> </ul> <p>If you have yet to experience these, and they started after supplementing with glutathione, reduce the frequency of taking it.
