Lead time: 2-3 weeks. With the 2024 and newer Toyota Tacoma now powered by a four-cylinder single turbo, we saw opportunities to increase the power output. The R4T cat-back exhaust system is one of the first modifications to allow the turbo to breathe better. That is done with a 304 stainless steel three-inch piping. A larger inside diameter piping enables the turbo to breathe better and provides a sportier sound. The R4T cat-back exhaust is fully TIG welded, which provides an amazing finished product. During welding, the piping is back-purged to provide a clean weld internally and reduce drag. Each exhaust system is hand-bent and welded for consistent quality control. Our muffler is pressed formed instead of welded together, which extends the life of the system as well. The internals of our muffler are guaranteed to last and will NOT get louder over time like other exhausts. Cheaper mufflers start to raffle and get substantially louder after use due to the cheaper materials used internally.  The R4T cat-back exhaust is modular, so you can change the exhaust exit whenever you like. For running off-road trails and rock crawling, we recommend running the Pre-Axle tip for maximum ground clearance. For a quieter cabin sound, we recommend running the factory exit exhaust tip. With a factory exhaust tip, you can also show off the 4-inch exhaust tip. Our exhaust system is made here in the USA and provides a lifetime warranty.  Material: 304 Stainless Steel (superior to 409 SS used by most other companies) DOES NOT FIT LONG BED. Our LIFETIME WARRANTY protects against rust and internal muffler rattles. It is NOT protected against damages caused by the trials or customers. Surface rust is normal with time in salty environments.
