This measures 95 ¼” x 95 ¼” at the top of the valance and 97” x 97” at the bottom of the valance because of the slant leg frame it fits - please measure your frame or existing top before ordering to ensure fit. The top is made to fit snug. These tops are designed to fit the QUEST canopy sold by Dick's Sporting Goods but also fits several different brand frames and is not guaranteed to fit all slant leg frames
