Over the past few weeks we've been experimenting with a blue corn version of MASA. Since the corn and tortillas are completely different, we thought there'd be a lot of tweaking to get the process right.    But it turns out tallow is a magical substance that makes anything you cook in it absolutely delicious. Our second batch turned out perfect--they are a bit crunchier and nuttier, like most blue corn chips are.   The success of this experiment left us with a few hundred bags worth of MASA Blue, so and we decided to share the love.   This is a limited drop only-- and they won't be available full time until later in the year.    So if you've ever thought to yourself, "I wonder how MASA would taste in Blue?"-- well, now's your shot.
