Mother Clutcher complete HD P90XT primary and secondary upgrade kit for 2022 and newer Polaris RZR Turbo R 2 seater and 4 seater. KIT INCLUDES : Upgraded HD P90XT primary clutch (pre-installed with weights and spring)  Puller tool for old primary clutch removal + mounting bolt for the new primary  Secondary clutch springs + compression tool to install into OEM Polaris secondary Shims (they need to be added on top of the secondary clutch for proper belt alignment with the new P90XT primary).  Secondary Clutch FITMENT: Mounts up and works on all 2022 and newer Polaris Turbo R models. Replaces part numbers 1323581, 1327322, 1323769 UPGRADED FEATURES: This P90XT clutch comes with the same heavy-duty proven design that came on the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo stock. It does away with the failure-prone casting flaws that are known to cause the P90X clutch (that came stock on the Turbo R models) that has been known to explode at high RPMs. Another huge improvement with this P90XT type clutch is with the included stiffer secondary spring comes greatly increased belt grip to prevent belt slipping at higher RPMs. This keeps the power on the ground. This also greatly prolongs the life of the belt by keeping the friction and temperature down. By keeping the RPMs down, it avoids hitting the rev limiter at full throttle which eliminates the chance of your engine light coming on and forcing it into limp mode. The only downfall to these and all the P90XT clutches, is not a performance factor issue but a sound that is familiar to those with stock models that cam with this type of clutch. They tick at idle and it is more noticeable if you start it up with the plastic clutch cover off. The reason they tick is due to the design, the spider moves freely in the main basket instead of having round buttons which causes them to tick at idle. However, the sound fades away once you give it any throttle. UPGRADED SECONDARY CLUTCH FEATURES: The secondary clutch is made as an OE-style Polaris (aka driven) clutch. This is a complete new clutch NOT individual pieces. Comes pre-balanced and pre-tuned with correct helix and improved spring already installed in it. STIFFER SPRING FOR IMPROVED BELT GRIP:  The stock Polaris Pro XP and Turbo R secondary came with a relatively weak spring considering the amount of horsepower they produce which often leads to problems with belt glazing and eventually RPM surging and belt slipping which ruins belts and hurts performance.  Our secondary comes with a stiffer spring pre-installed, which provides the much-needed increased belt grip which fights against belt slip both while under a load such as mud or hills and in full-throttle situations. This also helps run larger tires without slipping/smoking your belts.
