wash your hands before use. make sure your hands are completely dry before handling the capsule. find a comfortable position. you can squat, lay down or stand. it's up to you. insert the capsule into the open end of the applicator. gently insert the applicator into your vagina as far as it will comfortable go. push the plunger to release the capsule. remove the applicator from your vagina. discard the applicator. wash your hands again.
