It’s a blend of three parcels of 100-plus-year-old vines grown in sand, clay and basalt soils situated between 350 and 650m above sea level. Vinified partially with whole clusters in cement and aged in small neutral oak barrels. Blend: 48% Negramoll, 50% Listan Negro, 2% Listán Blanco
