I am between a size small and medium and this dress fits perfect. The smocked bodice provides a versatile fit for many sizes. The shoulders can be on or off the shoulder and have stretchy adjustable elastics. Since the top is stretchy, it can fit a variety of chest sizes comfortably. It is a great length that is mini while still making sure you're fully covered. It also has pockets!!
