What does it do? Kills scabies and mites while soothing your skin with zinc and aloeHow to use it? Always patch test a small area on your face or neck.  Then proceed with application daily or every other day.  Coat your skin well and massage in on all of the affected skin areas only.  Leave it on for 10 hours if you can, preferably at night. You can apply it one time in the day or night, after a shower. Use once (1) every 24 hours. If your skin starts to get too dry, then only once a day.
