This is our best-selling wellness experience in NYC for a reason! Puppy Yoga is an endorphin boosting class that blend of yoga with puppy cuddles. The 75 minute experience begins with 45 minutes of a beginner yoga with a litter of adorable puppies. Capped off with 30 minutes of chill time with the pups while enjoying refreshing wellness drinks.
