Warm Reminder:
Due to the particularity of our doll-making process, if the doll has prolonged contact with dark-colored clothes or accessories, it may get stained or experience color transfer. Currently, this situation cannot be completely avoided. To prevent it, we sincerely suggest you:
1. Prepare anti-staining clothes for the doll in advance or wrap the doll with cling film before putting on clothes.
2. For newly bought clothes, after confirming they are washable, soak them multiple times in salt water or white vinegar to fix the color and prevent color transfer.
3. Before putting on shoes, it is recommended that you first help the doll put on socks to avoid the doll's body getting stained by dark-colored shoes.
4. We cannot handle after-sales for staining problems of the doll body caused by color transfer of the fabric. We hope to have your understanding.
