Proper use and care of the product is required for the warranty to remain valid. Improper use will void the warranty.

Indoor use only / avoid moist conditions
Always use proper gel wraps and gloves or the FR lightening gloves
Apply WD40 to the top and bottom of the spring once a month to maintain its performance and flexibility

Our products are designed with premium material, creating a durable piece of equipment that can easily handle all training regimens. To instill your confidence further, we will offer a complete replacement of any breakage in metalware for 6 months and any defects in soft goods (bags, sandbags, gel wrap gloves, hitting mitts) for 30 days. The care and use policies must be adhered to when using this product. Failure to do so may disqualify the customer from the 6-month warranty. *Please read Care and Use Policicies.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
To be eligible for a return or refund, your product must be unused, in its original unopened packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of the product arriving. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue you a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
