Tin contains 1.41 oz (40 grams) of certified organic Matcha.   Matcha preparation directions per 8 oz. serving: Using a bamboo matcha whisk (or chasen), whisk 1 flat teaspoon (2 grams) of matcha directly into semi-hot water at 160° until tea fully dissolves, leaving a creamy, light green infusion.
