Part vocal embodiment practice, part sound meditation. A time to grieve, feel, pray, release, find pleasure, sing in community, listen and love.
We will gather and sound our deep low tones, in community, in connection, in relation to one another and to something greater beyond that will flow through us, releasing the downstream river within, meeting the spirit of the Voice. Following the workshop we will sink into a vocal sound meditation led by Odeya Nini.
Our space will open at 7pm so please arrive between 7pm-7:15pm to get comfortable & enjoy a cup tea. Doors close & the workshop begins promptly at 7:30pm. Guided activity will run for approximately ~1.5-2 hours. Guests can relax in the space until 10pm.
A Note from the Teahouse: With each workshop, we’re fusing the work of local artists and teachers together with our space and community. These evenings imprint new relationships, weave new worlds, and spark new beginnings. Due to the intimate nature of our space and these workshop containers, we ask that all who sign up are willing to participate in the activities of the night.
