This can be worn one of three ways: 1) just the waist-cape; 2) just the jockstrap; 3) both combined! The underwear comes with the art sticker! You can also order it with a side loop for a poppers bottle or spray bottle. All of our underwear is hand made by our tailor. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
