Many people believe the gold standard TQ is wider than it actually is. However, If you closely examine one you’ll see that it’s only a 1” piece of webbing doing the constricting. Try it for yourself. Constrict your TQ across a foam roller and leave it for 30 minutes. Come back and measure the imprints. You’ll notice the width only measures 1”.
