The shirt is made with a professional heat press, NOT a home iron. Personalization is included at no additional cost. Please note, heat pressed shirts may become distressed through wash/wear. Always wash the shirt inside out on a delicate cycle. The puffy sleeve tee comes in sizes 12 month - size 12 . I also carry the same brand shirt in a tank top style as well as long sleeved.
