these are loose pigments and do require some sort of adhesive/mixing medium or base to stick to the eye! We recommend the ‘shimmer stay’ from Bella Beaute Bar, ‘Glitter Glue’ from NYX, or you can even use a brush sprayed with setting spray or water to pick up the shimmer! A very small thin layer of Vaseline/lipgloss works if you have dryer lids!
