This cleanser was made to be diluted with water and used as an enema using an enema bulb. This solution, once diluted, will gently cleanse the anal cavity removing waste, and odor. It cleans you out without the harmful detergents and phosphates which is found in regular douches. PH BALANCED; Once diluted, the PH sits at 7-8 which is in the range of a healthy rectum.  *You get more than 30 uses out of this bottle.* Includes:  Solution and Enema Bulb Directions: Dilute a 10-20 pumps of this solution in 8 oz of water.
