Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading. Please note that the item is deliver by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs. Most freight companies will liaise with you regarding delivery dates. Please ensure that you/someone is at home to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, customer would have to pay for the re-delivery fee of the item.
