Our latest ceremonial blend has been carefully crafted with award-winning tea producer Kiyoharu Tsuji. Each batch is comprised solely of first-harvest (“Ichibancha”) leaves, sourced directly from the historic tea farms in Shirakawa, Kyoto, then carefully stone-milled to ensure a crisp smoothness.  This marks our second ceremonial blend matcha made in partnership with fifth-generation tea farmer Kiyoharu Tsuji. This particular blend has been harvested and produced from farms overseen by his son, Koko.
