We have discontinued our Ambi Fade Cream Normal and Ambi Fade Cream Oily formulated with 2% Hydroquinone. Per the FDA, products with the ingredient hydroquinone can no longer be available to consumers over the counter and can only be prescribed by a licensed board-certified Dermatologist. Ambi is excited to bring to the market three NEW clinically-studied hydroquinone-free Fade Collection.
How do I know whether to buy the Fade Cream , Fade Serum Retinol or the Advanced Fade Cream?
Fade Cream: for those with moderate dark spots and skin tone evening. Can be used day and/or night. Suitable for all skin types.
Advanced Fade Cream: for those with stubborn dark spots and skin tone evening. Can be used day and/or night. Suitable for all skin types.
Fade Serum Retinol: for those who want to improve skin texture, reduce dark marks and even skin tone. Recommended use at night. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
How do I use the Fade Cream or Advanced Fade Cream? Use twice daily, apply a small amount to dry face and other affected areas. For morning use, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen or our Ambi Even & Clear Facial Moisturizer with SPF 30.
Can this product be used all over my face or as a spot treatment?
Yes. Our new Even & Clear Fade Creams can be used all over the face or on the body. These products do not have to be used just as a spot treatment.
Can I use the Fade Cream or Advanced Fade Cream in combination with Fade Serum Retinol?
Yes. The Fade Cream or Advanced Fade Cream can be used in your morning routine of the same day with the Fade Serum Retinol, which is recommended for use during your evening/night routine. Always remember to use a sunscreen during the day.
Will the Ambi Even & Clear Fade Cream and Fade Serum Retinol products have a bleaching effect on my pillow overnight similar to using hydroquinone or benzoyl peroxide?
No. Our new Fade Cream & Fade Serum Retinol products will not cause bleaching or discoloration to fabric.
