The Regular is a "one size fits most." It is highly adjustable to fit the wide range of people weighing between 100 to 300 Pounds / 45 to 140 Kgs. For people weighing 90-110 pounds (40-50 Kgs) with narrow shoulder, we make a XSmall/Narrow Shoulder size and for people weighing 220-350 Pounds (100-160 Kgs) with Broad shoulders we make a XLarge/Broad Shoulder size. The Body Braid is a posture support and trainer. The straps reinforce the function of our internal connective tissue (tendons and ligaments.) It supports the shoulders back and down in their most stable and strongest position while still allowing full range of movement.
