The handle is located on the top right of the collar, and is for tactical/ working use or for immediate control over your dog in any situation; allowing you to secure your dog without wrapping your hand under the collar. This product comes with neoprene lining inside the collar and handle; providing a odourless, sweat resistant line of comfort that helps with chaffing and fur/skin sensitivities on the neck.
