*Did you know you can personalize your bag for a better fit? The back panel support is made from aluminum and can be adjusted to suit your body. To do this carefully, place a knee on the back panel directly above the lower back padding, and gently bend the entire panel toward you, which will help the bag conform to your back more comfortably. Be sure to apply gradual pressure to avoid over-bending.
