Amabuki Shuzo is famous for brewing sake with cultivated flower yeasts -- this particular brew is utilizing yeast from strawberry flowers!   Amabuki "Ginno Kurenai" or "Pink Lady" Junmai / Amabuki Shuzo, Saga The experience: Rose sake. The black rice varietal used in this sake gives it a beautiful pink hue. This matched with its floral/ fruity aroma and sharp finish is reminisent of a crisp rosé.  Process: Sokujo (fast brew!)
