One side the bearing is press fit into and the other is loose enough for it to revolve. This allows you to rotate the frame and snap to magnets as well as utilize it as a ring spinner.The new designs leaves a nice uninterrupted symmetrical face on both sides that incase a 6804 full ceramic bearing.
