Add up to 30% fragrance directly to the base - no modifier needed.To create specific perfume types, add the following % of FO* to the base: Parfum = 20-30% Eau de Parfum (EDP) = 15-20% Eau de Toilette (EDT) = 5-15% When using this product to create perfumes, it's important to give the alcohol note enough time to macerate, which typically takes 1-3 days to soften and waste away. However, for commercial perfumes, the standard maceration time is 30 days. To add a cooling effect and assist with evaporation, you can incorporate this base into your vegetable oil-based perfumes at a 5% concentration. NOTE: Cold temperatures can cause the waxes found in FOs and EOs to solidify in this base.
