Manufacturing:To ensure unparalleled strength and reliability, we utilize 3/16” steel plates with ¼” solid center steel tube. Our front spacers undergo MIG welding with six 4” welds, while rear spacers are welded four times with 5” welds. Additionally, our multi-link spacers are crafted from 1/4" steel, formed and TIG welded into a 5-sided box. The mounting employs a 2-piece bolt design for added durability, with the upper portion attached to the chassis and the lower portion to the subframe. Factory Alignment:Maintaining factory alignment specifications is crucial, which is why our steel spacers include Camber and improved Caster offsets. We advise getting an alignment after installation to account for any potential human error during the installation of camber bolts. Multi-Link Spacers:We highly recommend installing multi-link spacers to keep your tires centered in their factory location and prevent rubbing when larger tires are installed. Relocation:Our kit includes brake line brackets to alleviate tension in the brake line after installation. Rear Height Additions:We offer various heights of rear spacers to address added load in the vehicle or to level out vehicles that aren’t sitting evenly. Each spacer is constructed as a single solid piece, eliminating the need for stacking. Adding 3/8” compensates for mild loads/weight (75 lbs.), + ½” more for excessive loads/weight (90 lbs.).
