Our Central Texas style brisket is seasoned in a classic rub of salt, pepper, garlic and onion; and then smoked over Post Oak wood for 16-18 hours daily. TRUTH BBQ is known for using wood burning offset smokers that impart a nuanced and mild smoke flavor, letting the flavors and textures of the meat shine in their truest form.
Our briskets are anywhere from 5-7 lbs and will feed 6-10 people depending on appetite and serving size. We recommend slicing in quarter pound increments. Each brisket is vacuum sealed and flash frozen and shipped in a custom cooler with ice packs. Heating and preparation instructions are included in the box.
We ship all frozen meats via FedEx 2 day shipping only with signature required due to the perishable nature of the product. This product is not able to be shipped via UPS or ground carrier services. Frozen smoked meats ordered on a Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.
We cannot ship outside of the lower 48, P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories due to the perishable nature of this product.
