11mm and 12mm units from OEM castings The pumps are disassembled, dimensioned, and ultrasonically cleaned to remove any debris from manufacturing Gerotors are micro finished for reduced friction and higher pumping efficiency The oil relief plunger is chemically stripped and then DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) treated to a specific thickness for optimum plunger to wall oil clearance.The DLC coating provides not only vast friction reduction but also lessens the risk of plunger stickage (either wide open or shut) due to debris getting jammed between the plunger and the Aluminum bore. Pumps are dimensionally audited to ensure they meet QC standards Pump backing plate bolts are torqued to spec using Loctite to ensure they do not back out during operation  Pumps come with all mounting bolts, lip seal and o-ring along with fitting instructions & warranty card.
