Out of warranty, it can cost more than $350 to replace. There is no redesigned part for this (at the time of this post's writing), and new intake manifolds are still failing. The Dorman intake manifold reportedly has the same flawed design and is susceptible to coking, clogging, and check valve cracking, as reported by other 1.4T Owners.
